Crunchy Baked Brie

Ingredients

12 Wolferman’s Cranberry Citrus Mini English Muffins, split and toasted

1 package (4-5 oz.) Brie cheese

2 Tbsp. chopped pecans

¾ cup dried cranberries

Directions

Top toasted Mini Muffins with ripe Brie cheese. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Place Mini Muffins on broiler pan and broil, 3 to 5 inches from heat, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with dried cranberries.
