Cinnamon Muffin Cannoli

Ingredients

12 Wolferman’s Cinnamon and Raisin Mini English Muffins, split and toasted

2 cups Ricotta cheese

6 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. grated orange zest

2 oranges, peeled and sectioned

Directions

Mix cheese, confectioners' sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla and orange zest. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. on each Mini Muffin half. Top with orange slices.
