Word of advice: order in ample time prior to event; if possible (if not a surprise delivery), ensure that the recipient is going to be home on a certain date prior to setting up the delivery for that date - especially if you are paying premium price for quicker delivery. If talking to customer service with delivery related changes, ensure to write down details - date/time of call/name of service rep - in order to more easily adjudicate delivery "issues" after the fact.

I sent this as a gift. When it arrived, she did not realize that there were pears in the bottom. They were under the paper shred and another layer of paper. A few days later when she was empting the basket she found the pears. They were bruised and not so fresh

Because of the lateness of my order, I did not expect my gift to arrive before Xmas. I had called my recipients to tell them that their gift would arrive after Xmas. Kudos to Harry & David for getting the gift basket there by Xmas. I heard wonderful compliments from the recipients.

Every gift I have sent or received has been excellent. The fruit is delicious as are the crackers and cheese that are included in many of the packages. The service is very good also. I sent a gift to a grandaughter and her family two years ago not knoeing that she had moved. She contacted your company and she received a new gift to replace the one sent to the old address. More orders will be coming in the future. We all love your products.

I sent it to my brother's family in California so I didn't actually get to see it. They thought it was really good and enjoyed every thng in it. I have had the pears, lemon cookies & the moose munch, and they are wonderful! My favorite item from Harry & David is the onion & pepper relish:)

I sent this basket to my mother and in two days the green pears had to be thrown out, too ripe and had brown spots. The nuts, cheese and crackers were quite small. She did enjoy the taste of the relish. I will not order it again, or most likely from H & D!
