THE FRUIT DID NOT COME AS ORIGINALLY SHOWN. THE TASTE OF THE FRUIT WASN'T VERY GOOD. I TRIED TO EAT AS MUCH AS I COULD, BUT I DID DISCARD ALOT. I WOULDN'T PURCHASE THIS AGAIN. FOR THE PRICE THE QUALITY WAS POOR.

I bought this for my 95-year-old mother for Christmas. She enjoyed it, but seemed to prefer the basket I had purchased for her the previous year (from another company), though she could not specify why she preferred it. The fruit seemed to be appetizing and attractively arranged, so I'm giving it 4 stars. Maybe just personal preference here.

This is the best dried fruit I have ever tasted -- there is an amazing variety, including some I have never seen elsewhere, like dried peaches and pears. There are several different types of apricots, ranging from sweet to tart. All the fruit is delicious and tender, not hard and leathery, and the fruit is arranged beautifully as well. This is a gift everybody would welcome, and get one for yourself as well!

My wife loves dried fruit and this gift satisfied her need for fruit. Our favorites are the white peaches and the pears but we ate everything but the plate. We would have given this gift the maximum 5 star rating if Harry and David had continued using the bamboo tray but the last two gifts were on tin plates. Not as nice as the bamboo. The fruit is perfect.
